General Description:
This property is located in Peebles, ohio. This is a small town with beautiful views. It is a great place to live. The property I am saleing is 18.4 acres with a creek that runs right through the middle. It is great for planting crops and raiseing cattle and other animals. This property does have a trailor on it but its not in very good shape. There is also a house on this property but it burnt last summer but is great for storage.
Improvement Notes:
We haven't lived on this property for about a year so it needs mowed and cleaned up the barn that was once standing fell and needs cleaned up other than that it just needs some minor cleaning.
Financial Notes:
I would like 3200 an acre but I will take 3000 an arce for it. I can work out a payment plan.I am pretty flexable so just talk to me about what you can do and I will be willing to do just about anything.
Soil Notes:
Soil in this area is pretty good. I have grow tomotes, corn, green beans, potatoes, beet, and just about anything you could think of. I have always had a good turn out.
