Continue on 105 East exactly 2.9 miles to FM-2518 and turn left/North. Continue on FM-2518 exactly .1 miles to country road CR-2252 and turn right. Continue on CR_2252 exactly 7.4 miles (CR-2252 is also known as River Trail and part of Sam Houston Lake Estates). You will be passing acreage on the right hand side. Turn left when you get to an old wood building that reads “community Hall”, there will be mail boxes on the immediate right. After turning left there will be a lake on the immediate right. This brings you to the entrance of the subdivision, use the plat map to get to your specific lot(s).
