Improvement Notes:
This ranch consists of one house that is 4 bedrooms, 1 bath (with room for 2nd bathroom upstairs). The house is an updated farmhouse with new siding and the inside has been updated with new sheet rock. This house is run from a newly installed diesel generator as there is no wired power or phone at this time. There are propane lights, appliances, dryer and hot water heater. A wood stove and propane furnance provide heat for the house. The outbuildings include 2 metal buildings. One is a 40' x 60' Quonset barn and the other is a 40' x 80' garage/shop. The property has commercial cattle scales, corrals, loafing sheds, a woodshed, 2 metal bins and a windmill. There is an updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath bunkhouse near the house. There are three wells on this property with 235 GPM water rights. Two wells were used for irrigation. We do not know if they work now. Springs provide year round livestock water. These springs flowed during the drought of 2001, which is one of the driest years in history.
