The Lodge is on the Cache River with River frontage in the Middle of Cache River National Game Refuge.
General Description:
This is a once of a lifetime opportunity to own a Excellent Hunting Lodge on .8 acres more or less in the Middle of Cache River National Wildlife Refuge with frontage on the Cache River.
The Refrigerator, Stove, Wood Stove and AC go with sale but the furniture, boat, washer and dryer, TV, etc. can be bought, if the buyer wants them or some of them. This articles are quite nice. Otherwise the owner will take them with him.
Hopkins Realty was told by owner that the square feet is 1200 sq. ft. more or less. The Lodge is two story with a basement below and a roll up metal door as shown in the pictures. The owner does not know the age of the Lodge other than ten to twelve years old and it was build for his family.
The Hunting Lodge was built for the present owner about 10 to 12 years ago. The roof is very good. There is a basement with a rolling metal door. The front porch is screened. There are ceiling fans in everyroom. Large Wood Burning Stove, that stays that is more than enough. There are Two Bedrooms with Two Full Baths. Each Bedroom has a full bath. There are roll away beds, that are available. There is a Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer available. There is a large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a very large serving bar to the dining area. There is a dining room set available. There is a living room or great room with couch, rooking chairs, table, TV that are available. The two bedrooms have double beds that are available.
The .8 acres more or less goes into the wetlands behind the cabin and there is a running stream in the timber. All the area behind the cabin is in timber.
The Cache River National Game Refuge, is across the River from the Hunting Lodge that was recently purchased for the Refuge and not shown on the maps.
The Cache River is excellent for fishing and very good for Catfish. The Cache is in the Middle of the Duck Flyway.
There is electricity and rural water to the Hunting Lodge. The rural water is shared with another but we are sure that a separate meter can be arranged with needed.
There is a park area used by the neighbor cabins and a place to launch a boat but there is a place to prepare to launch a boat on this property as one can tell from the pictures. The lot is small is width and long in length into the timber behind the Hunting Lodge but the park area gives more area to used for recreation. There are around 8 cabins around this Hunting Cabin. There is a locked gate at the front of the park area and you have to have a key to enter.
