Location Description:
The property is located about 40 miles north of Russellville and 35 minutes south of Jasper. It is approximately 1 mile off State Highway 123 and two miles from State Highway 7. Access to the property is good.
General Description:
This 40 acre tract is tucked away inside the Ozark National Forest. All the property except one corner is bordered by the forest. This property is well suited for excellent deer and turkey hunting or just a place to get away from it all. The views are nice and there are several excellent building sites. Some pasture with beautiful walnut trees. The property is located next to the Ozark Highlands Hiking Trail, is close to Richland Creek, Richland Creek Wilderness Area and Sam’s Throne rock climbing area. There are two springs, a pond and a seasonal creek.
Also, not only can you hunt your property, you have thousands of National Forest acres that are accessible for hunting.
Access is by county and forest service road.
Utilities are approximately ¼ to ½ mile away from the property.
