Location Description:
The property is located in Sections 4 & 5, T13N, R13W, Stone County, Arkansas. From Leslie on Hwy 65, go east approximately 6 miles on Hwy 66 to Oxley, then southeast about 6 miles on well maintained county gravel roads.
General Description:
The property consists of 160+/- acres of timberland with just a couple of open spots, and a live creek that traverses the tract. The topography is typical for SW Stone County, with elevation differences of about 250 ft. There is no record of recent timber harvest.
A true hunter's paradise with good access to this 'private, remote' tract. A considerable amount of marketable mixed pine and hardwood timber support strong populations of deer and turkey. Bear are also present. A couple of open areas could be used for wildlife food plots.
This part of north central Arkansas is well known for excellent deer and turkey hunting.
