Location Description:
The property is Southeast of Paragould and Northeast of Jonesboro. Less than 30 minutes drive from Jonesboro.
East of Dixie and Northwest of Memphis.
It adjoins the The St. Francis Sunken Land Wildlife Management Area.
It lies between Rush Island and Newton Island.

General Description:
The property is all in Large Green Timber with natural flooding in the St. Francis Sunken Lands State Wildlife Management Area. The owner advised that the timber value should be around $ 200,000 or better, but it has not been cruised. The property has frontage on the St. Francis River area as shown on the Arkansas Game And Fish Map. The property is all in Green Timber that has not been cut. This is a duck hunter's dream for Green Timber Hunting. There is a good boat trail through the property.
It is in the middle of the Mallard Duck flightway and we were told that it is covered in ducks each season. There are many good duck hole hunted at present. There are blinds and duck holes, a private lake with chutes into the timber and river. Boat trails.
There is now an easement to the property according to the owner
